Senior training takes place on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7pm. Ladies training and Colts (Under 19's) training takes place on Wednesdays at 7pm and Sundays at 11am (except on matchdays). All mini rugby ages 3 to 16 takes place on Sunday mornings at 11am. All new players welcome.
